Love Grown Review

Love Grown Cereal – Beans for Breakfast!

NonGMO, Gluten-Free, Vegan

Love Grown Review:  A cereal that’s made out of beans?  That’s right we were surprised too.  But they actually taste so good you wouldn’t even know they are nutritious.  The cereal has less sugar, so you can expect them to be slightly sweet, not overpowering.  If you want to opt for a sweeter version, just add a spoonful of sugar.

Looking for a delicious good for you granola?  Finding a good granola cereal can be challenging.  Some taste more like cardboard and others feel like you’re not even eating oats.  The granola cereals by Vita Crunch are tasty, crunchy, and very hearty.  I think I only eat about ½ cup and it fills me up.  Both the Almond Granola and 7 Grain Granola are the best granola cereals I’ve had.

As a registered and licensed dietitian, I fully promote the Sure Start line as it has high protein and fiber in a cereal without all the added sugars. It is perfect for my diabetic patients and really for anyone that wants a healthy cereal AND the best part is it actually tastes really good. It is a great brand and you won’t regret that you tried it. The maple pecan is my personal favorite.
